Late each winter Neil Sperry’s GARDENS Magazine presents its Home Landscape School in partnership with Dr. Steve George of the AgriLIFE Research and Extension - Texas A&M System.
For more than a decade this annual school has been highly popular, selling out well in advance. Dr. George and Neil team-teach this all-day program.
The class, taught in Plano, is a rewarding day, followed by a one-on-one consultation with a landscaping professional as a part of the All Texas Garden Show in late February in Arlington. You will leave with a working drawing for your landscaping project. More importantly, you will leave with the knowledge of how to create your own landscape plans in the future.
This one-day workshop includes:
Use areas of the landscape
Bed configuration and layout
Plant placement in the landscape
Best plants for Texas landscapes
Color in the landscape
Perfect turf
"Hardscapes"
- Boxed lunch and
complimentary beverages
- All books and necessary
